Special Board Meeting Scheduled for November 12th
Patchwork StreetBridge has scheduled a special meeting of the Board of Directors for Wednesday, October 12 at 4:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to formally release the current Treasurer from the Board.
The meeting may be held at an earlier date and time if all current board members agree to waive the standard notification period as outlined in the organization's Bylaws.
Inaugural Board Meeting Scheduled for October 19th
The Board of Directors meet on October 19th to formally ratify its Articles of Incorporation and adopt the organization's bylaws.
This foundational meeting marks an important step in the launch of Patchwork StreetBridge as it begins formal operations to carry out its mission of supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through harm reduction, outreach, and compassionate care.
Meeting details, including time and location, will be shared with board members directly.
Patchwork StreetBridge Community Outreach — Araura, CO
The Patchwork StreetBridge team will be out in the community of Araura, Colorado (near South Parker Road & I-225) conducting a needs assessment survey among the local homeless population. This outreach effort is part of our ongoing commitment to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by our unhoused neighbors.
